Shorty’s Staircase

Replas recently visited the Ron ‘Shorty’ Connors staircase at Lennox Heads – where the legend lives on. We knew we needed our toughest product to represent this great man, so we chose Replas Enduroplank and composite fibre to ensure it stands up to the test of time.

Replas impresses Bega Valley Council

Replas recently took a road trip far down the south coast of NSW, to visit the Bega Valley Shire Council with our product display trailer - what a beautiful part of our lucky country. Council staff were super impressed by our broad range of products that feature on the new trailer, comprising bollards, enduroplank decking, furniture and composite fibre. All made from our recycled materials that are long lasting, hard wearing and continue to help us save the environment for the future.

Built to last

Steve and Rayma Govan run the Fort Courage Caravan Park near Wentworth in NSW. Fort Courage is also home to the Wentworth Angling Club and the location of monthly fishing competitions. Replas supplied materials for the construction of an access structure to two floating pontoons on the Murray River. The composite fibre and Enduroplank™ structure, which was constructed by Diamond Club Member DFAB, is built to withstand 10 year flood levels.

I'm still standing

We recently revisited a viewing platform at Flat Rock Ballina, NSW, that was constructed from Enduroplank™ decking and composite fibre. Even in this coastal location the platform shows no sign of wear and still looks as good as the day it went in - over five years ago!

Ramp it up

A new ramp at Sandon Point Surf Life Saving Club, in Wollongong NSW, was constructed using recycled-plastic capping, Enduroplank™ decking and a composite fibre sub-structure. The ramp meets the Australian Standards for up to a two-tonne load rating and will be used for light vehicle traffic and small yacht trailers to access the beach along with other beach goers.
